Focused on making life easy for our many Business clients, our system and procedures are designed to make the booking process easy to use. If your company uses taxis on a regular basis, it would be beneficial to set up a Business Account rather than paying for each journey by cash.
All you have to do is email a 'Business Account Request' to us on email@example.com and, subject to status, we will set up your Account.
Account customers are given priority over 'cash bookings' — our system acknowledges Account bookings and places them at the top of the queue. For security purposes we will allocate you a confidential password to be quoted at the point of booking. On arriving at their destination, the driver will ask the passenger to sign for their journey.
Each month you will receive an an easy to understand Invoice itemising the date, time and journey relating to any booking, as well as details of the passenger.
Payment may be made by cheque or credit/debit card.
At All The Fours we always give Account customers priority. However, during busier periods, we would appreciate as much notice as possible, enabling us to provide a more efficient service.
