HOW DO YOU MAKE A COMPLAINT?

PLEASE NOTE IF YOU TELEPHONE 01506-44-44-44 WITH A COMPLAINT IT MUST BE CONFIRMED IN WRITING BEFORE WE WILL ACTION IT.

CALLS CONCERNING COMPLAINTS MUST BE BETWEEN 9-00 AM TO 5PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

WE WILL INVESTIGATE AND REPLY TO YOU WITHIN 21 WORKING DAYS. WE MAY REQUIRE FURTHER INFORMATION THAT WE WILL REQUEST FROM YOU AND THAT MAY INCREASE THE TIME ITS TAKES FOR OUR REPLY

THE PREFERRED WAY TO ADVISE YOU OF OUR DECISION IS BY EMAIL IF POSSIBLE.
